Coming soon:  ISO 9001 & AS9100 support

After spending some time getting to know the local industry, I’ve come to the conclusion that offering certification support up to AS9100 is where I can provide my greatest value.  I have over a decade in quality engineering in various ISO 9001 organizations including QMS improvement and auditing and audit support.  I’ve spent several years working with AS9100 suppliers producing parts for our country’s nuclear deterrent within an organization that operates to an even higher standard.  Now I want to share my lessons learned with the real backbone of the aerospace and defense supply base.

My focus will include both auditing and implementation.  My implementation strategy is to make the “right answer the easy answer.”  This means an operator-first process, with flexibility for engineers to adjust as necessary so you hopefully never have to rely on workarounds.  My goal is not just to get you a certificate, but to use technology to minimize the total cost of ownership with a system you will not struggle to maintain, that you can showcase to your customers to demonstrate your excellence.

With this baseline established, I will be rolling out full auditing services.  Whether you just need a third party assessment or a deeper look in preparation for an audit, I strive to use the same strategy I use in implementation to provide solutions to any gaps identified without slowing down or entangling your processes.  Looking forward to helping your team grow!
