Adam combines a background of university research, over 15 years of project management in widely different settings, and over a decade of manufacturing engineering experience with a 20+ year military career as retired a Field Artillery Captain.  This professional experience is tempered by a blue collar background.  His passion for manufacturing carries into his personal life, and when not supporting Big W he can be found cutting, grinding, machining, welding or wrenching in his shop in eastern Kansas.

I've also pioneered new inspection methods, like implementing SmartProfile CMM acceptance that saved $138k and months of delays, and designing automated quality assessment systems using existing equipment.
My technical foundation includes metallurgy, materials science, GD&T, and hands-on experience with CNC machining and fabrication.
